About Alliance Ventures

Alliance Ventures LLC is a private investment firm headquartered in Reno, NV. Our goal is to generate passive income from high-yield multifamily investments. We are currently focused on high-potential properties in emerging markets including Texas, Florida, and Arkansas but we pursue opportunities across the United States.

In 1987, James founded Alliance Group International, where he equipped startups and Fortune 500 firms, to achieve sales goals. James is skilled at identifying opportunities and go-to-market strategies to deliver measurable results. In 2006, James launched Ministry Alliance Network, understanding that churches and ministries, like businesses, have similar growth issues.  

With a real estate investor for a dad, James had his first open house at the age of 13 and sold it! Before investing in multifamily, he established a solid foundation in single-family rentals across California and Idaho.

Whitney excels in designing solutions for business operations, employee productivity, and finance in global businesses, non-profits, and churches. Her tech acumen enables seamless adaptation, emphasizing data-driven decisions and teamwork.

Whitney co-founded Alliance Group International, driving successful marketing and sales programs across North America and 27 European countries as COO/CFO.

Daniel Ashton

Dan has an extensive background of more than 25 years in corporate marketing and sales management, primarily at high-technology start-ups. In addition, he has held leadership roles at Oracle and SAP. As a consummate marketing professional, Dan is enthusiastic about developing and executing complex projects.  

Dan's journey also carved a path as a commercial real estate agent in California. Before transitioning his focus to multifamily properties, he engaged in residential real estate investing.

Aura Ashton Ortiz

Aura began her career as an Environmental Engineer in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to the United States 10 years ago. She has a keen sense of the harmony needed between real estate and the environment, including sustainability which profits investors and our surroundings.   

Aura has a passion to shape environments that elevate investments which in turn inspire transformation.

Tyler Deveraux is the Managing Partner of MF Capital Partners, a privately held, multifamily investment company, and has been investing in real estate for over 10 years.

At the age of 21, he acquired his first student rental property, quickly understood the potential of the industry, and never looked back.

Today, Tyler controls nearly 4,000 apartment units, throughout 6 states, with values north of $400+ Million.

Tyler is also the co-founder of The Multifamily Mindset.

Eric is the Managing Partner of Blackridge Investment Group and has been investing in Real Estate for 20 years. What started as a couple of flips with a friend has blossomed into a real estate business that has carried him for 20 years. Eric has owned real estate all across the country from California to Georgia. 

Eric has over 2,000 units under management with a portfolio of $200MM+.

His other passion is training new investors as well as some seasoned investors in the fundamentals of apartment buying.
